Off Season Training

Athletes must stay focused no matter what the season. They must continue their conditioning. Ruckfit zero’s in on all an athlete needs to continue to develop skill, agility, speed and accuracy and train during their off season. It is an opportune time to reflect and focus on both your strengths and weaknesses so that you are never falling behind; stay on top of your game and be prepared for your competitive season.

RUCK FIT provides a spectacular off season fitness program. You will get as strong as you can, as flexible as you can and keep your mind fitter than the fittest through off season 2 phase conditioning.

Phase 1: Building your own Foundation. Stamina and Repetition.
Phase 2: Specialized Conditioning: Intensity increase. Focus on accuracy. Closing the gap on physical & mental blind spots.

Early Season Training

Early Season training is all about getting prepared for the competitive season. The word we focus on is Preparedness. Ruck Fit will check your fitness levels, to see if you need to increase or cut back on any of your fitness regimen. This is time to to focus on getting your body ready to run, ready to compete for any discipline. We prepare you to be ready for different phases of each race. Each race has a different phase that you must master to run your best. For example: You will master your technique for the start, you will master technique for the first 30 meters, and you will master your technique for the finish. If you master your start and your finish then the middle will be solid as you learn how to gain speed.
Ruck Fit coaches different than most coaches and training programs. Ruck Fit starts with the finish. Most people can start but they don’t finish right. If you can master your finish, you can always get started. Early Season prepares you to be 100% fit for the Competitive Season.

Competitive Training

As a competitive athlete you are in shape at this stage. You have worked hard in your off season and in your early season training to be at the top of your game and performance ability for the competitive season. This is when you keep up with training to perfect & sharpen your skills. To stay on top and not lag in any area of your health, mental state and physical performance. A two millimetre adjustment can make a world of difference in winning. We become more attentive to details and techniques that will assist your highest performance.
In the sport of Track and Field, which is considered an Individual Sport, athletes learn to compete against themselves. To always beat their own personal record.
PR, is a term that Track athletes use; which means Personal Record. During the Competitive phase, our goal is to Compete against our PR.
